More content, still unmistakably yours.

For businesses that need a steady flow of articles, service pages, social posts, video and ad creative without sounding like everyone else. We build a brand knowledge base first, use AI for research, drafting and variations, and have people edit, fact-check and approve everything that goes public. You get consistent output without hiring a content team.

Signs you need this

If two or more of these sound familiar, there's likely time and money to recover.

  • Content happens in bursts

Articles and posts appear for a few weeks, then stop for months when people get busy. Buyers checking you out see a website and social channels that look dormant.

  • Everything sounds generic

Copy written quickly, by people or by AI, could belong to any competitor. Buyers can't tell why they should choose you over the next result.

  • Your experts never write

Your best knowledge sits with senior staff who never have time to write it down. Competitors with less expertise publish more and get found first.

  • Ads run on tired creative

The same few images and videos have run for months because new ones take weeks to produce. Results slide and costs creep up.

What changes for the business

Consistent voice at higher volume

The brand knowledge base gives every draft the same voice, offers, claims and rules, whoever or whatever writes it. You publish more without the brand drifting.

Expertise captured, not lost

Short interviews with your senior people become articles, FAQs and service pages with original insight, the kind of content Google's guidance says its systems aim to reward. Their knowledge works for the business without costing hours of their week.

Faster creative testing

AI-assisted variations of headlines, hooks and formats let paid campaigns test more ideas each month. You find winning messages sooner and retire tired ones before costs climb.

One shoot, months of assets

A planned shoot day produces photos and footage for the website, social, ads and email. Your real people and places replace stock imagery, and the cost spreads across months of content.

Content that answers buyers

Topics come from sales calls, search data and AI-question tracking, so each piece answers something buyers actually ask. It supports search and AI visibility and gives sales something useful to send.

Fewer embarrassing errors

Every fact, claim and statistic is checked by a person, and regulated claims are reviewed against the relevant rules. Speed doesn't come at the cost of accuracy.

What we build

Brand knowledge base

Your voice, audiences, offers, proof points, approved claims, banned phrases and compliance rules, documented so people and AI tools draft from the same source.

Articles and service pages

Search-led articles, service and location pages and FAQs, planned in content clusters and written to answer questions directly.

Short-form video

Edits for Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn from your footage or a shoot day, with captions and cuts sized for each platform.

Social content

Posts planned monthly against your priorities, from 8 posts on one platform on Foundation to 30 posts across four platforms on Department+.

Ad creative variations

Static, carousel and video ad variations built around a test plan and sized for each placement.

Shoot direction

Shot lists, locations, talent briefs and on-the-day direction for photo and video, so a single day yields a library of usable assets.

Technology we work with

  • Canva

How it runs

Timings are indicative and depend on your systems, data and approvals.

  1. Knowledge base

Interviews, existing material and sales conversations distilled into the brand knowledge base and a list of approved claims.

    1 to 2 weeks (indicative)

  2. Plan

A quarterly content plan tied to search demand, campaigns and sales priorities, with a monthly calendar you approve.

    1 week, then quarterly

  3. Produce

AI-assisted research and drafting, human editing and fact-checking, design in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, and shoots where needed.

    Monthly, ongoing

  4. Approve and publish

You review each piece, with two rounds of revisions included. Approved work is published and distributed across your channels.

    Approval within 3 business days

  5. Measure

A monthly review of what was read, watched, shared and turned into enquiries, feeding the next plan.

    Monthly

Worked example

Four-site dental group: from scattered enquiries to booked consultations

An illustrative four-site dental group spends heavily on implant and cosmetic advertising, but enquiries arrive through five channels and nobody can say which campaigns produce booked consultations. The system puts every enquiry in one place, answers it within minutes, follows up unaccepted treatment plans and reports accepted treatment by campaign and practice.

  • Google Ads, Meta and search
  • Web forms, calls and social messages
  • CRM record with source attached
  • Instant acknowledgement and AI-drafted reply
  • Staff review and booking in the practice system
  • Treatment-plan follow-up
  • Booked-revenue dashboard

Guardrails, fit and measurement

Guardrails we apply

  • A person fact-checks and edits every AI-assisted draft before it reaches you, as Google's guidance on generative AI content recommends for anything published.
  • No invented testimonials, reviews or statistics. The ACCC is clear that fake or misleading reviews are against the law, and claims come only from your approved proof list or a cited source.
  • Health-service content is checked against Ahpra's rules, including the prohibition on testimonials about the clinical aspects of care.
  • You own the content and creative we produce for you, and you approve every piece before it is published.

Not the right fit if

  • You want the lowest cost per word. Unedited AI content is cheap to produce, and Google warns that generating many pages without adding value for users may breach its spam policies.
  • You can't make time to approve work. We need sign-off within 3 business days, and content that waits weeks for approval goes stale.
  • You want viral social content with no link to sales. We plan content around buyer questions and campaigns, and measure it on enquiries.

What we measure

  • Pieces published against plan each month
  • Organic entrances and enquiries from content pages
  • Cost per result by ad creative concept and format
  • Video view-through and engagement rate by platform
  • Time from brief to approved piece
  • Edits needed per draft at approval, as a measure of voice accuracy

Pricing

Content is included in every Marketing Department package from $1,999 a month + GST, and content shoot days are available from $2,500.

Questions, answered.

Is AI-written content bad for SEO?

Not in itself. Google's guidance says generative AI can help with research and structure, but the result must meet its quality and spam policies, and it recommends checking AI output for accuracy before publishing. Mass-produced pages that add nothing are the risk, which is why every piece is edited and fact-checked by a person.

What does a content shoot day cost, and what do we get?

Content shoot days start from $2,500. We plan the shot list against your content calendar and ad tests, direct on the day, and edit the footage into short videos, photos and ad assets you can use for months.

How much content is included in the monthly packages?

Foundation includes 2 pages or articles and 8 social posts a month. Department includes 6 content pieces with a content-cluster plan, 16 to 20 posts across three platforms and 2 short videos, and Department+ includes 30 posts across four platforms. The Marketing Department page compares every package line by line.

Will it sound like us?

That's what the brand knowledge base is for. We build it in the first two weeks from interviews, your best existing material and sales conversations, then refine it as you edit drafts. The number of edits you make at approval is one of the things we track.

Who owns the content, and can we use it elsewhere?

You own the content and creative we produce for you, and can use it in sales decks, proposals and print. Any stock images or music carry their own licence terms, and we tell you what they are before you use them.
