The Diagnostic
A fixed fee by tier (Focused or Enterprise), agreed after a short scoping call. How it works
Fixed-scope stages
Builds are split into stages, each with a fixed scope and price, so you can judge each one before committing to the next.
Care plans
A monthly fee for monitoring, support and improvement of the systems we build, set by what's under care.
We don't publish typical project prices for custom work, because a number without your scope is either too high to be useful or too low to be honest. Use the software licence calculator or the admin cost calculator to size the opportunity first.
Founding clients, closes 18 December 2026
Five founding-client places.
The first five clients to sign by 18 December 2026 have the setup fee waived on Department and Department+ (6-month term), or 50% off setup on Foundation and Growth. When five places are taken, the offer closes.

Are there lock-in contracts?
Packages have a minimum term, then run month to month with 30 days' notice. You can upgrade at any time and downgrade at the end of a term. See the terms.
Is ad spend included?
No. You pay the platforms directly, so you see every dollar. We never mark it up or take a percentage.
Why don't you publish prices for custom systems?
Because the right answer might be a small integration or a platform replacement, and a price range that covers both helps nobody. We'll give you a written fixed price for each stage before you commit.
How do we pay?
Monthly in advance by direct debit, with card as an option. Setup fees are payable on signing.
