Ads managed to revenue, not to the platform's dashboard.

For businesses spending serious money on Google, Meta or LinkedIn and unsure what it returns. We connect your ad accounts to your CRM so campaigns are judged and optimised on booked jobs, sales and margin. Then we test creative systematically, so you learn what your buyers respond to and spend where it earns.

Signs you need this

If two or more of these sound familiar, there's likely time and money to recover.

  • Platform numbers don't match the bank

Google and Meta both report strong conversions, but revenue hasn't moved. Each platform counts the conversions it can see, which are often form fills, not customers.

  • Cheap leads, poor customers

Cost per lead has fallen while sales complains about quality. The campaigns are doing what they were told to do: find people who fill in forms.

  • The same ads for months

A handful of ads have run since launch with no testing plan. Results drift down and nobody knows which message actually works.

  • You can't see inside the account

The agency owns the ad account or bills spend through its own card with a margin. You can't audit what you're paying for, and leaving means starting from scratch.

What changes for the business

Optimised toward paying customers

Booked jobs, sales and their values flow from your CRM to Google through offline conversion import and to Meta through the Conversions API. The bidding systems then learn which clicks become revenue, not just which become leads.

Budget moved by margin

We report cost per booked job and contribution margin by campaign, using your CRM and margin data rather than platform-reported conversions alone. Spend shifts toward the services and locations that earn the most.

Creative tested on purpose

Each month's variations test one idea at a time: offer, hook, format or proof. Over a few months you learn what your buyers respond to, and that sharpens your website and sales messages too.

Landing pages that convert the click

Ads point to fast pages built for that search or audience, with one clear next step. A higher conversion rate lowers cost per customer at the same spend.

Transparent costs

You pay the platforms directly from your own accounts and we never mark up media. Our fee covers management and creative, so we gain nothing by encouraging you to spend more.

Rules checked before launch

Ads in regulated categories are checked against the relevant rules before they run, including Ahpra's requirements for health services. That lowers the risk of rejected ads, complaints and regulator attention.

What we build

Account audit and rebuild

A review of structure, conversion settings, audiences, search terms and wasted spend, then a rebuild around how your business actually makes money.

Conversion tracking to revenue

GA4 and platform tags, call tracking, enhanced conversions and offline conversion import from your CRM, plus Meta's Conversions API where it fits.

Search campaigns

Google Ads search and Performance Max campaigns built around commercial intent, with search terms and negative keywords reviewed every month.

Paid social and video

Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns for building demand and retargeting, with audiences built from your own customer data where consent allows.

Ad creative and testing

Static, carousel and short-form video variations against a monthly test plan: 4 on Growth, 8 to 12 on Department and 20 or more on Department+.

Revenue reporting

A dashboard showing spend, leads, booked work, revenue and cost per customer by channel and campaign, reconciled against your CRM.

How it runs

Timings are indicative and depend on your systems, data and approvals.

  1. Audit and access

A review of your ad accounts, analytics and CRM, a comparison of the last 12 months of spend against sales, and transfer of any accounts not already in your name.

    1 to 2 weeks (indicative)

  2. Fix tracking

Conversion actions cleaned up, enhanced conversions and offline import connected, and call tracking added. We don't scale spend until tracking is right.

    1 to 3 weeks (indicative)

  3. Launch and learn

Rebuilt campaigns and first creative live, checked daily while the platforms learn which searches and audiences convert.

    4 to 8 weeks (indicative)

  4. Optimise to revenue

Monthly budget moves, search-term pruning, creative tests and landing-page changes based on booked revenue and margin.

    Monthly, ongoing

Worked example

Online retail: reporting on margin, not platform ROAS

An illustrative $8M online homewares brand on Shopify and Klaviyo is paying more for paid social every quarter, while three agencies report three versions of success. One contribution-margin model, rebuilt retention flows and a fortnightly creative testing cadence show which spend pays for itself and bring more revenue from customers the brand already has.

  • Shopify, Klaviyo and ad platforms
  • 3PL, payment and Xero costs
  • Data connector
  • Contribution-margin model
  • One dashboard
  • AI-drafted weekly commentary
  • Human review and decisions
  • Budget, creative and flow changes

Guardrails, fit and measurement

Guardrails we apply

  • Ad accounts, pixels, audiences and billing are in your name; we're added as users you can remove at any time.
  • Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and never marked up.
  • Pixels collect only what's needed and stay off pages where visitors could reveal health or other sensitive information, following the OAIC's guidance on tracking pixels.
  • Health ads are checked against Ahpra's advertising requirements before launch, including the ban on testimonials about the clinical aspects of a regulated health service.
  • Customer data sent to ad platforms is hashed before upload and limited to people whose information you're permitted to use that way.

Not the right fit if

  • You want ads to fix an offer or follow-up process that isn't working. More traffic to a weak offer or a slow response just costs more, faster.
  • Your monthly budget is too small for the platforms to learn from. We'll usually recommend starting with search, your Business Profile and email instead.
  • You only want platform-reported return on ad spend and won't share CRM or sales data. We manage to revenue, and that needs the revenue data.

What we measure

  • Cost per booked job, appointment or sale by campaign
  • Contribution margin after ad spend, by channel
  • Lead-to-customer conversion rate from paid traffic
  • Share of platform-reported conversions matched to CRM records
  • Cost per result by creative concept and format
  • Landing-page conversion rate

Pricing

Paid media management is included from the Growth package at $3,999 a month + GST, an extra paid channel is +$750 a month, and ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and never marked up.

Questions, answered.

How much should we spend on ads?

It depends on your margins, what a customer is worth and how much demand exists in your market, so we work it out from your numbers, not a rule of thumb. We start with the value of a customer after costs, set a target cost per customer and test toward it. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and never marked up.

What does paid media management cost?

Paid media is included from the Growth package at $3,999 a month + GST, which manages one channel with spend up to $5,000 a month. Department covers Google and Meta with spend up to $15,000, and Department+ up to four channels including LinkedIn and YouTube with spend up to $40,000. An extra paid channel is +$750 a month.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts, pixels, audiences and billing stay in your name, and we work as users you can remove. If another agency controls your accounts today, we help you get admin access transferred before we start, so your history isn't lost.

How long until paid media performs?

Campaigns can produce enquiries within days of launch, but the first 4 to 8 weeks are about learning: fixing tracking, finding which searches and audiences convert, and feeding sales data back. We judge performance on booked revenue across a full sales cycle, not the first week's cost per lead.

Do you use AI to make ads, and who approves them?

AI helps generate copy variations, resize creative and analyse search terms and results. A person writes the brief and checks every ad against your brand and any industry rules, and you approve before launch. Platform automation such as Performance Max is used where it helps, guided by your own conversion data.
