Marketing run as one system, measured in booked revenue.
For established businesses that spend real money on marketing and still can't say which part of it pays. We run search, AI search, paid media, content, websites and email as one connected system, with the CRM, tracking and automation underneath. Every channel answers to booked revenue, not clicks or impressions.

How this differs from the usual provider
Not an ads agency
An ads agency is paid to run ads and usually reports what the platform says. We are measured on booked revenue, so we'll tell you when the problem is the follow-up, the website or the offer rather than the bid strategy.
Not a web or SEO shop
A web studio hands over a site and moves on. We build the tracking, CRM connection and automation that make the site produce and measure work, then keep improving it month by month.
Marketing and systems in one team
Most businesses buy marketing from one supplier and CRM, automation and reporting from another, and the hand-off is where leads go missing. We do both, so the ad, the form, the CRM record and the report are designed together.
Signs you need this
If two or more of these sound familiar, there's likely time and money to recover.
Every supplier reports a win
Your SEO agency reports rankings, your ads agency reports leads and your web developer reports uptime. Nobody can show which dollars produced booked revenue, so budget decisions come down to opinion.
Leads arrive, revenue doesn't follow
Lead volume looks healthy, but sales says many are a poor fit or were never answered. Without tracking from first click to booked job, you keep paying for the wrong ones.
AI answers don't mention you
Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Mode who to call. If your expertise isn't stated clearly and consistently across the web, competitors are named instead.
Marketing depends on one person
One coordinator holds the passwords, the calendar and the know-how. When they take leave or move on, output stops and the accounts are hard to recover.
What changes for the business
One plan instead of five suppliers
Search, ads, content, website and email are planned together, so a campaign, its landing page and its follow-up emails ship as one piece of work. You stop paying several agencies to coordinate with each other.
Spend follows revenue
Leads are tracked from the ad or search through the CRM to the booked job or sale, and that result is sent back to the ad platforms. Budget moves toward the campaigns that produce paying customers, not cheap form fills.
Visible in search and AI answers
Technical SEO, structured data and pages that answer buyer questions directly make your business easier for Google and AI assistants to understand and cite. That protects demand you would otherwise lose to better-organised competitors.
More output without more headcount
AI handles research, first drafts, variations, monitoring and reporting, while a senior marketer sets strategy and edits. You get the output of a small in-house team without recruitment, leave cover or management overhead.
Follow-up that doesn't rely on memory
Enquiry responses, nurture, review requests and win-back messages run from the CRM automatically. Fewer enquiries go cold between first contact and booking.
Assets you own
Ad accounts, analytics, content, creative and CRM data stay in your name. If we part ways, you keep the history and the working system, not a list of password resets.
What we deliver
SEO and GEO
Technical SEO, Google Business Profile, service and location pages, structured data, and tracking of how AI assistants describe you for the questions your buyers ask.
Paid media
Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns managed to booked revenue, with sales results sent back from your CRM. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and never marked up.
Content and creative
Articles, service pages, social posts, short-form video and ad creative, drafted from a brand knowledge base, then edited by people and approved by you.
Websites and landing pages
Fast, accessible, hand-coded sites, or the right platform where it fits, with forms wired to the CRM and analytics that respect consent.
Email and marketing automation
Lifecycle email and SMS flows from enquiry response to win-back, built around the Spam Act's consent, identification and unsubscribe rules, on an authenticated sending domain.
The systems underneath
CRM hygiene, lead and call tracking, automation upkeep and lead-to-revenue reporting in a live dashboard, so you can see which marketing pays.

How it runs
Timings are indicative and depend on your systems, data and approvals.
Discovery and access
A strategy session on goals, margins and constraints, then access to your website, ad accounts, CRM and analytics. Compliance requirements for your industry are agreed up front.
Week 1
Foundations
Tracking audited and fixed, a brand knowledge base built (voice, offers, proof and rules) and a baseline report of where leads and revenue come from today.
Week 2
First work approved
A content plan plus first articles, posts and ad creative, drafted and sent to you for approval. Nothing public goes live without a person signing it off.
Week 3
Live
First campaigns live, tracking verified end to end, reporting switched on and the next 90 days planned. For the Marketing Department, this is our 30-day delivery commitment.
Week 4
Run, measure, reallocate
Monthly reporting against booked revenue, with budget and effort moved toward what is working. Quarterly reviews reset priorities as the business changes.
Monthly, ongoing
Worked example
Four-site dental group: from scattered enquiries to booked consultations
An illustrative four-site dental group spends heavily on implant and cosmetic advertising, but enquiries arrive through five channels and nobody can say which campaigns produce booked consultations. The system puts every enquiry in one place, answers it within minutes, follows up unaccepted treatment plans and reports accepted treatment by campaign and practice.
- Google Ads, Meta and search
- Web forms, calls and social messages
- CRM record with source attached
- Instant acknowledgement and AI-drafted reply
- Staff review and booking in the practice system
- Treatment-plan follow-up
- Booked-revenue dashboard
Guardrails, fit and measurement
Guardrails we apply
- A person approves every public asset. AI drafts, a senior marketer edits, and you sign off before anything is published or launched.
- Ad accounts, analytics properties, domains and CRM data are created or kept in your name, with our access granted as users you can remove.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms and never marked up.
- Tracking collects only what reporting needs, following the OAIC's guidance on tracking pixels, and third-party pixels are kept off pages where visitors could reveal health or other sensitive information.
- Advertising for regulated health services is checked against Ahpra's advertising requirements before it runs, with a review log on Department and Department+.
Not the right fit if
- You want the lowest price per blog post or per click. We price for a connected system and senior judgement, and that costs more than a content mill.
- You need a spike in leads within two weeks and have no plan beyond that. Our first month goes on tracking and foundations, and search visibility builds over months.
- You won't share CRM or sales outcomes. Without them we can't report on revenue, and we'd be one more agency reporting clicks.
What we measure
- Cost per booked job, appointment or sale, by channel
- Enquiry-to-booking conversion rate
- Median time to first response on new enquiries
- Share of tracked buyer questions where AI assistants mention you
- Organic clicks and impressions for commercial queries in Google Search Console
- Revenue attributed to email and automation flows
Pricing
The Marketing Department starts at $1,999 a month + GST on Foundation (setup $1,500), with Growth at $3,999, Department at $6,999 and Department+ from $9,999, and ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and never marked up.
Questions, answered.
How do we buy Growth & Marketing services?
Most businesses buy them through the Marketing Department: monthly packages from $1,999 + GST that bundle search, AI search, content, paid media, email and the systems underneath. The minimum term is 3 months on Foundation and Growth and 6 months on Department and Department+, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Standalone work such as a landing-page sprint or a content shoot day is available too.
How long until we see results?
Your department is live within 30 days. Paid media and email can produce booked work within the first couple of months once tracking is right, while search and AI visibility build over several months. We set targets with you and report against them monthly, rather than promising outcomes nobody controls.
Who owns the ad accounts, analytics and content?
You do. Ad accounts, GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, CRM data, content and creative stay in your name, and we work as users you can remove. If we stop working together, we hand everything over.
How much of the work does AI do, and who checks it?
AI does most of the production: research, first drafts, ad variations, monitoring and reporting. A senior marketer sets the strategy and edits the work, and you approve everything public before it goes live. That is how we deliver more than a traditional agency at these prices.
Can you work alongside our existing agency or in-house team?
Yes. Common arrangements are running the systems underneath (tracking, CRM and reporting) while another agency runs ads, or acting as the senior lead for an in-house coordinator. We agree in writing who owns which account and decision, so nothing falls between suppliers.
