Plan the route, then fly it.

Every engagement follows the same discipline: understand the whole system before changing any part of it, ship in stages that each stand on their own, and measure what actually changed. Here's how that works in practice.

Five waypoints

Each stage ends with something you can use, and a decision about whether to go further. You can stop after any of them.

  1. Discover

A 30-minute call, then a short written brief: your goals, constraints and where you think the problem is. No cost.

  2. Diagnose

The Altitude Diagnostic, or a smaller fixed-scope discovery for a single problem. You get a prioritised plan with the economics.

  3. Design

The system on paper first: process, data, screens, integrations, governance and the measures we'll use to judge it.

  4. Build

Shipped in stages, each tested with the people who'll use it, with training and documentation. Fixed scope per stage.

  5. Improve

Care and optimisation each month: monitoring, fixes, small improvements, and a regular review of what to do next.

Ways to work with us

The Marketing Department

A monthly subscription from $1,999 + GST: strategy, search and AI search, content, social, paid media and email, with the CRM, tracking and reporting underneath. Live in 30 days. Packages

The Altitude Diagnostic

A fixed-fee, senior-led engagement across nine lenses that ends in a board-level readout and roadmap. The usual starting point for AI and systems work. How it works

Fixed-scope projects

An AI assistant, an automation, a dashboard, an integration, a website or a platform stage, scoped and priced in writing before we start.

Care and partnership

Ongoing monthly support for the systems we build: monitoring, fixes, improvements and a standing review of the next opportunity.

How we use AI in your work.

AI does much of the research, drafting, analysis, monitoring and reporting. That's how a small senior team delivers the output of a larger one. People do the parts that need judgement.

People decide

Strategy, priorities, recommendations and every number we put in front of you are owned by a named person.

People approve

Every public asset is approved by a person before it goes live, and by you within the agreed approval window. Regulated-health clients have no deemed approval.

Your data stays yours

Client information is only used in AI services under business terms that don't allow it to be used for model training, and only what a task needs is shared.

No surprises

We tell you where AI is used in your work, and we'll explain how any AI feature we build makes its suggestions.

Governance, security and ownership

You own your accounts

Ad accounts, analytics, CRM, domains and software subscriptions are set up in your name. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platforms and is never marked up.

Least access

We ask for the access a task needs and no more, and we hand it back when the work ends.

Documented systems

Everything we build is documented so another competent provider, or your own team, could run it.

Privacy by design

We design data flows with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles in mind, and work alongside your lawyers where advice is needed.

Compliance checks

Advertising and content for regulated industries is checked against the relevant rules before publishing. We're not lawyers, and we say so.

Change management

New systems come with training, a named internal owner and adoption measures, because unused software is the most expensive kind.

Rhythm and reporting

For Marketing Department clients; build projects agree their own cadence at kick-off.

Questions, answered.

Who will we actually work with?

Senior people lead strategy, diagnostics and the relationship. Production work is AI-assisted and reviewed by people. You'll know who is accountable for what from the first week.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many engagements start with a single fixed-scope project or the Foundation package, and grow from there once the first stage has proven itself.

Do you work with our existing suppliers?

Yes. We're happy to work alongside your IT provider, developers, accountant and other agencies. We'd rather connect what works than replace it.

What if we want to stop?

Marketing Department packages run month to month with 30 days' notice after the minimum term. Projects are staged, so you can stop at the end of any stage. Because your accounts and data are in your name, there's nothing to untangle.

Let's look at your business from above.

A 30-minute strategy call, at no cost. You'll come away with a clearer view of where your marketing and systems are losing value, whether or not we work together.
