Marketing that fills the chair, and stays inside the rules.
For implant and cosmetic dental clinics, multi-site dental groups, and specialist surgical and aesthetic practices. We run patient acquisition as one system, from search and ads to the enquiry, the booking and the follow-up, and we check advertising rules before anything goes live.
What usually gets in the way
Acquisition is expensive
Searches for implants and cosmetic treatment are among the most competitive in local advertising. Every enquiry that isn't answered quickly is money spent twice.
Enquiries leak
Patients call, fill in forms and message on social media. Without tracking from the ad to the booked consultation, you can't tell which marketing works.
The rules are strict
Section 133 of the National Law, Ahpra's advertising guidelines, the 2025 guidelines for non-surgical cosmetic procedures and the ban on advertising prescription-only medicines all apply.
Marketing and systems, run as one.
Search and AI search for treatments
Treatment and location pages that answer patients' real questions, a Google Business Profile for each site, and structured data so search engines and AI assistants describe you accurately.
Google and Meta campaigns
Campaigns for consultations in high-value treatments, with creative written within the rules and budgets tracked to booked appointments.
The enquiry journey
Call tracking, fast responses, booking links and follow-up automation, so fewer enquiries go cold between the ad and the chair.
Recall and reactivation
Email and SMS programs for existing patients who have agreed to hear from you, bringing people back for check-ups and the next stage of treatment.
Front-desk assistants
AI that answers questions about hours, fees, parking and booking, drafts replies for your team, and passes every clinical question to a clinician.
Reporting that ends at bookings
One dashboard from ad spend to enquiries to booked consultations, by treatment and by location.
Where AI helps
- Drafting treatment pages and campaign copy within your compliance rules, for review
- Answering logistics questions out of hours and booking consultations
- Following up enquiries that haven't booked
- Summarising patient feedback into what to fix and what to promote
Rules we work within
- No testimonials about clinical aspects of care in advertising, including reposted patient reviews (National Law, s133)
- Nothing false, misleading or likely to create an unreasonable expectation of benefit
- Offers and inducements only with their terms stated, and nothing that encourages unnecessary treatment
- Protected titles such as "specialist" only where registration supports them
- No advertising of prescription-only medicines to the public
- Imagery, claims and targeting checked against the cosmetic procedure guidelines, including the 2025 guidelines for non-surgical procedures
We're marketers and technologists, not lawyers. When something needs legal advice, we'll tell you.

Most single-site practices start on Growth. Multi-chair and multi-site practices usually fit Department, and groups with four or more sites suit Department+.
What healthcare & dental businesses ask us
Can you guarantee our marketing is Ahpra-compliant?
No one can honestly guarantee that. We check every public asset against s133 of the National Law, Ahpra's advertising guidelines and, where relevant, the cosmetic procedure guidelines before it goes live, and keep a record of each review. Responsibility stays with the practitioner, and when something needs legal advice, we'll say so.
Can we use patient reviews in our marketing?
Not reviews about clinical care. Section 133 prohibits using testimonials to advertise a regulated health service, including reposting reviews about treatment on your website or social media. We focus on what you can say: clear treatment information, your team's qualifications and what patients can expect.
Do you work with practice management software?
Yes, within what each system allows. We connect enquiry forms, call tracking and booking data so you can see which marketing produces booked consultations, not just enquiries.
