Get found in search, and named in AI answers.

For businesses whose buyers research online before they call, and increasingly ask an AI assistant first. We make your site technically sound, your expertise easy to quote and your business details consistent across the web. Google and AI search tools can then find you, understand you and cite you for the questions that lead to revenue.

Signs you need this

If two or more of these sound familiar, there's likely time and money to recover.

  • Competitors are named, you aren't

Ask ChatGPT or Perplexity who to call for your service in your city. If competitors are recommended and you aren't, you're missing shortlists you never knew existed.

  • Traffic without enquiries

Reports show rankings for broad terms, but service pages don't produce calls. Usually the page doesn't answer the buyer's real question or the next step is unclear.

  • Your details disagree across the web

Different names, addresses, phone numbers or service descriptions across your site, Google Business Profile and directories make it harder for search engines and AI tools to be confident about who you are.

  • A redesign cost you traffic

A new site or platform move dropped search traffic because redirects, content or structured data were lost. Nobody checked before launch, and nobody has fixed it since.

What changes for the business

Existing demand, captured

Buyers searching for your service in your area land on a page that answers their question and makes the next step obvious. You turn demand that already exists into enquiries without paying per click.

Better material for AI answers

Clear, quotable pages and consistent business facts give AI search tools better material when they assemble answers. The aim is to be named on more of the shortlists your buyers ask for.

Every location competing properly

Each location gets an accurate Google Business Profile with the right categories, services, photos and review responses. Google says relevance, distance and prominence drive local results, and reviews feed prominence.

Technical problems fixed, not just reported

We fix crawl, indexing, speed, redirect and structured data issues rather than sending a 90-page audit. Search engines then spend their attention on the pages that earn revenue.

Content that keeps working

Service pages, location pages and articles built around real buyer questions keep attracting visitors long after they're published. Ads stop the moment spend stops; good pages don't.

Measured against enquiries

We report enquiries and booked work from organic search and AI referrals, not just positions. You see which pages and topics produce revenue and where to invest next.

What we build

Technical SEO audit and fixes

Crawlability, indexing, page speed, internal links, redirects and robots.txt, including access for the crawlers AI search tools use, such as OAI-SearchBot and PerplexityBot.

Entity and structured data work

Consistent facts about your organisation, people, services and locations across your site and profiles, marked up in JSON-LD that matches the visible page content.

Answer-first service and location pages

Pages that open with a direct answer, then cover who it's for, how it works, what it involves, evidence and the questions your sales team actually hears.

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

Profile setup and management for each location, review responses and consistent listings in the directories that matter for your industry.

Genuine third-party mentions

A plan to earn mentions from industry associations, local media, partners and reputable directories, so your credibility is visible beyond your own website. No bought links.

AI visibility tracking

A fixed set of buyer questions checked regularly across AI assistants, recording whether you're mentioned, how you're described and which sources are cited. Packages track from 10 to 100 questions.

Technology we work with

  • Google Search Console
  • Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Google Business Profile
  • GA4
  • Looker Studio
  • Schema.org structured data (JSON-LD)
  • Cloudflare
  • Shopify

How it runs

Timings are indicative and depend on your systems, data and approvals.

  1. Baseline

Technical crawl, Search Console and GA4 review, a check of your Business Profile and listings, and a first run of your buyer questions across AI assistants. You get a prioritised issue list and the baseline we report against.

    2 to 3 weeks (indicative)

  2. Fix the foundations

Technical fixes, redirects, structured data, Business Profile corrections and consistent business details across your main listings.

    3 to 6 weeks (indicative)

  3. Build the pages buyers need

Service, location and question-led pages planned as content clusters, drafted with AI from your knowledge base, edited by people and approved by you.

    Monthly, ongoing

  4. Earn evidence

Reviews, worked examples, association and partner mentions, and original data that other sites and AI tools can reference.

    Ongoing

  5. Measure and adjust

Monthly reporting on commercial queries, enquiries from organic search and AI referrals, and question-tracking results, then the next month's priorities.

    Monthly

Worked example

Four-site dental group: from scattered enquiries to booked consultations

An illustrative four-site dental group spends heavily on implant and cosmetic advertising, but enquiries arrive through five channels and nobody can say which campaigns produce booked consultations. The system puts every enquiry in one place, answers it within minutes, follows up unaccepted treatment plans and reports accepted treatment by campaign and practice.

  • Google Ads, Meta and search
  • Web forms, calls and social messages
  • CRM record with source attached
  • Instant acknowledgement and AI-drafted reply
  • Staff review and booking in the practice system
  • Treatment-plan follow-up
  • Booked-revenue dashboard

Guardrails, fit and measurement

Guardrails we apply

  • No ranking or citation promises. Google itself says no one can guarantee a number-one ranking, and AI answers vary from one question and user to the next.
  • No bought links, fake reviews or mass-produced AI pages. Google's spam policies treat paid links and scaled low-value content as spam, and its review policy prohibits fake engagement.
  • Every AI-assisted page is fact-checked and edited by a person before publishing, as Google's guidance on generative AI content recommends.
  • Structured data only describes what is visible on the page, in line with Google's structured data guidelines.
  • Search Console, Business Profile and analytics stay in your ownership, with our access as users you can remove.

Not the right fit if

  • You want the cheapest SEO available. Template reports of keyword positions cost less, but they rarely change what your business earns.
  • You need results in two weeks. Search visibility builds over months; if you need enquiries next month, paid media is the faster lever.
  • You want someone to promise a top ranking or a citation in ChatGPT. No one can honestly guarantee either, and we won't pretend to.

What we measure

  • Organic clicks and impressions for commercial queries in Google Search Console, which includes traffic from Google's AI features
  • Enquiries and booked work from organic search and AI referrals
  • Share of tracked buyer questions where AI assistants mention you, and how they describe you
  • Google Business Profile calls, direction requests and website clicks by location
  • Citations in Microsoft Copilot and Bing AI answers, from Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Indexing coverage and Core Web Vitals on revenue pages

Pricing

SEO and GEO are part of every Marketing Department package, from $1,999 a month + GST on Foundation to from $9,999 a month on Department+.

Questions, answered.

Is GEO different from SEO, or just a new label?

Mostly it is SEO done properly. Google's own guidance says optimising for its AI features is still SEO and needs no special files or schema markup. The differences are in reach and measurement: ChatGPT search and Perplexity use their own crawlers, so we check they aren't blocked, and we track how AI assistants describe you for a fixed set of buyer questions.

Will you get us into ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews?

No one can promise that. Google says a page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, and AI answers vary by question and user. We make your content clear, consistent and well evidenced, then track whether you're mentioned more often over time.

How long does SEO take?

Technical fixes and Business Profile corrections can show movement within weeks. New pages and genuine third-party mentions usually take several months to build, so we set milestones at three and six months and report monthly. If you need enquiries next month, run paid media alongside.

What does SEO and GEO cost?

SEO and GEO are included in every Marketing Department package. Foundation, at $1,999 a month + GST, covers 2 pages or articles a month, Google Business Profile management and 10 tracked buyer questions; Department+ from $9,999 covers multi-location SEO and 100 tracked questions. See the package comparison for everything in between.

We already have an SEO agency. Can you work with them?

Yes. We can run a GEO visibility check and technical review as a second opinion, take on AI visibility and structured data while they continue with content, or take over with a clean handover. Whichever way you go, Search Console, Business Profile and analytics should be in your name.

See how AI search describes you

Run the GEO visibility check, or book a call and we'll review your search and AI visibility for the questions your buyers ask.
