The agreement is written to be read. These are the parts people ask about most.

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Your proposal shows the GST and the total.
  • The minimum term is 3 months for Foundation and Growth and 6 months for Department and Department+. Fees don't rise during it.
  • After the minimum term it's month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice.
  • Ad spend and third-party software are paid by you directly and never marked up.
  • A tax invoice goes to your billing email for every payment.
